Human rights

Field Court Chambers  has been the home of barristers dedicated to ensuring that the rights and interests of individuals and also of regulatory bodies and companies are recognised and protected.

Field Court  Chambers has expertese in all aspects of Human Rights work including cases protected by the the Human Rights Act, the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Charter.

Chambers’ Human Rights work spans the whole breadth of the law and covers the human rights aspects of such diverse areas that include arbitration, asylum and immigration, conflict of laws, employment, family law, planning law, regulation and  UN sanctions.

Some members advise Council of Europe, European Union, OSCE, United Nations, on human rights, minority rights and related issues.
