On 26th July 2016 Field Court Chambers was delighted to host a presentation delivered by Emma Godfrey on the latest developments on the Housing and Planning Act 2016 to attendees which included most of the heads of legal of the constituent local authorities within the LBLA legal panel. This strategic-level talk was very well received by the attendees and we look forward to providing further guidance to local authorities when the vast number of regulations that will accompany the Act are published by the Government.

Field Court Chambers was delighted to have been appointed to more ‘lots’ than any other chambers for the latest LBLA panel which runs for 3 years from 1 January 2016.
Field Court Chambers was appointed to provide legal services in relation to Adult Social Services; Children's services; Criminal Litigation & Prosecutions; Housing; Planning & Property; and Civil Litigation.
The LBLA comprises the London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Camden, City of London, Ealing, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Newham, Waltham Forest and Westminster City Council.
