Jonathan Pennington Legh defended the successful local authority landowner in an application for adverse possession in the First Tier Property Tribunal concerning a patch of land next to a caravan site used by travellers.

David Brounger represented a property developer who successfully brought a claim in the High Court against his former business associate for breaches of undertakings given to the court. The defendant was sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment, suspended for 2 years on stringent conditions relating to the disclosure of his assets.

Max Thorowgood represented a group of neighbours who successfully brought a private nuisance claim against a property development company. The neighbours claimed that nearby works caused significant disturbances which interfered with their enjoyment of their properties. They were awarded damages to compensate for these disturbances.
