We are delighted that Henry Pargeter joins us as a new tenant.
Henry’s practice covers all family law proceedings: public and private law children proceedings, financial provision as well as emergency protection orders and applications under the Hague Convention.
He also represents clients in housing law cases and accepts instructions at all stages of proceedings.
Called to the Bar in 2022, Henry is regularly instructed in care proceedings, fact-finding hearings, relocation cases, enforcement, and domestic abuse matters.
His recent notable cases include:
- Re C (unreported) – Henry represented the father in a fact-finding hearing in public law proceedings. The father faced significant allegations of domestic abuse. No significant findings were made against Henry's client.
- AF (A Father) v AM (A Mother) [2023] EWFC 153 (B) (30 August 2023)- acting for the respondent mother in relocation proceedings concerning her 3 young children.
