Christine Cooper has been appointed a nominated judge of the Court of Protection. From this week, Christine will sit as a tier 1 judge hearing district judge level cases.
About Christine
As well as her practice which covers the full range of social and welfare issues, Christine also sits as a part-time deputy district judge in the county court.
She acts in important cases concerning complex questions about capacity, deprivation of liberty and damages for people kept in care homes unlawfully.
