Eleanor Sibley, together with the AIRE Centre and Centrepoint, will deliver a free training webinar for lawyers on EU Settlement Scheme applications for people who lack capacity.
What will it cover?
This webinar will focus on issues to consider when people who need to make an EU Settlement Scheme application lack (or may lack) the mental capacity to apply for themselves.
There will be a 60 minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A.
Who is it for?
Any front line staff who work with vulnerable people, local authority lawyers, and any other lawyers who work with young people or vulnerable adults who need to make an EU Settlement Scheme application but may lack the mental capacity to do so.
