Field Court Chambers is delighted to welcome Stephen O’Rourke QC to Chambers.

Stephen is a highly regarded Barrister who was called to the Scottish Bar in 2002 and made silk in 2017. Having been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018, he brings with him a wealth of experience in complex and high value commercial and administrative law cases as well as experience in planning, property, agricultural law and land valuation appeals.

Speaking of the appointment, Head of Chambers John Critchley commented “We are delighted to be able to bring someone of Stephen’s calibre to our set. He has experience at every level up to and including the UK Supreme Court and is very well thought of by colleagues and opponents alike. His extensive knowledge of procurement law will likely be of huge value to our Local Authority clients, particularly after Brexit.
