Francis Hoar leads Savannah Laurent in Court of Appeal ‘free expression’ case

Francis Hoar led Savannah Laurent in the Court of Appeal yesterday. Their client, a colorectal surgeon was appealing his suspension by the General Medical Council after he claimed that COVID-19 is a hoax.

On his behalf, Francis and Savannah argued that the suspension violated their client’s right to free expression.
