We are delighted to sponsor the Social Housing Law Association’s 2024 annual conference which takes place on Thursday 14 March. It will be held in London at The Law Society in Chancery Lane.
Clare Cullen will be one of the speakers at a breakout session from 2.10pm – 3.10pm, discussing equality act defences. Specifically the discussion will cover: the main mental health issues raised in Equality Act claims, how those are treated and defended.
