At the beginning of her career, Savannah developed a broad family and civil practice. She now uses the breadth of her experience to help clients in a few of Chambers’ key practice areas: family – particularly public law children care cases, property and Court of Protection.
Clients find Savannah to be approachable and responsive. She is thorough in her advice and preparation, and a robust advocate. Savannah understands that legal proceedings can sometimes be daunting, and she works hard to ensure that all clients feel able to fully participate in every step.
Savannah is available to advise in writing or conference as well as representing clients at court and tribunal hearings.
She welcomes instructions from both solicitors and members of the public on a direct access basis and is happy to travel.
If you would like more information about Savannah’s practice, please contact her clerks or call +44 (0)20 7405 6114.
Savannah has developed a considerable practice in family law, with a focus on public children care cases.
She regularly represents local authorities, parents and Children’s Guardians at all stages of proceedings up to and including final hearing, and has significant experience of cases involving allegations of non-accidental injury.
Savannah accepts instructions to advise and represent clients across the full range of property law matters, from initial enquiry through to final hearing. She regularly acts for clients in possession actions, TOLATA matters and boundary disputes, and is developing a practice in leasehold enfranchisement.
