07 October 2020

Franklin Evans is leaving chambers following his appointment as a District Judge. He will sit on the South Eastern Circuit as a District Judge in the county court at Romford from 18 October.

About Franklin
Franklin was called to the Bar in 1981 and has been a member of Field Court Chambers since 1985.  He was appointed a deputy district judge in 2002 and combined sitting part-time with his employment, common law and professional negligence practice at the Bar.

Head of chambers, John Critchley said, “Franklin will be sorely missed as a stalwart of chambers, a reliable source of collegiate support and good counsel to all”.
