John Crosfill has joined our alternative dispute resolution practice as a mediator. In particular, he specialises in mediating employment law disputes – having more than 30 years’ experience in the field.
When in practice as a barrister, he acted for employees and employers in equal measure. He appeared in various High Court matters concerning restrictive covenants and springboard injunctions.
His employment law expertise is wide ranging and has included many banking and financial services-related cases.
John was appointed as a fee paid Employment Judge in 2013 and a salaried judge in 2019.
He is available to mediate disputes whether at a pre-litigation stage or once proceedings have been issued.
