Barry McAlinden represented a Kuwaiti businessman in the High Court's first reported financial provision case where jurisdiction was founded on section 15(1)(c) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984. The case also concerned a TOLATA claim.
Anna Dannreuther has taken on various pro bono work throughout the year, including helping a woman and her daughter apply for EU Settlement Scheme status and providing legal advice to people through the charity Advocate.
