We are proud we will be an exhibitor at Family Law Week's public and private children law conference on Thursday 24 October. The conference will be held at Cavendish Conference Centre in London.
Our family law barristers have joined the Child Abduction Lawyers’ Association pro bono duty advocate rota. Accordingly during the month of September, the scheme’s volunteer duty solicitors will be able to refer relevant cases to us. The CALA duty advocates scheme aims to advise and assist litigants in person in international cases in the High Court. Generally cases involve child abduction.
We are proud to have implemented Advocate’s chambers pro bono framework during 2023 and have signed up to the framework for 2024. By doing so, we confirm our ongoing commitment to pro bono work and to improving access to justice.
