When giving the lead judgment Christopher Clarke, the President of the Court of Appeal noted Bill’s expertise:

About the judgment
The Court of Appeal granted Credit Suisse’s application that existing escrow arrangements should continue until former prime minister of Georgia, billionaire politician Bidzina Ivanishvili provides the financial institution with “good and sufficient” security in the form of an irrevocable first class bank guarantee.
