Rebecca Davies represents interests of child through guardian in private law proceedings

18 December 2024

Rebecca represented a child (born in 2016) through her guardian in lengthy private law proceedings. The child’s parents had separated acrimoniously when she was 3-years-old.

The child had significant additional needs.

Rebecca successfully obtained an order for child arrangements that reflected all her client (the guardian’s) recommendations.

She also obtained a family assistance order despite the local authority’s opposition. This secured proper support for the child and family to assist with implementation of the order and to meet the child’s needs.
