Ryan Anderson acts pro bono for employee who wins £25,000 in wages claim
Ryan Anderson represented pro bono an employee who won his £25,000 claim for loss of wages against his former employer following their total failure to pay him over a 13-month period. Unusually for an employment tribunal case, the judge also found that the threshold had been met for making a pro bono costs award against the respondent company.

Our pupil barristers Robert Sharp and Benedict Flinn have completed their first 6 months of pupillage and now can appear in court. Both accept instructions in all our practice areas.

Ebun Sanusi joins us as a probationary tenant
We are delighted to welcome Ebun Sanusi as a probationary tenant. For the past year, Ebun has worked as an employed barrister at a local authority where she specialised in public children proceedings. She completed pupillage at the Government Legal Department.

Supporting Become in 2026
Following a vote by barristers and staff, we have chosen to support Become as our chosen charity for 2026. Become supports children and young people in care and after leaving care. Our charitable support will include pro bono advice and fundraising throughout the year. Become statistics show there are around 84,000 children in care in England, and that 1 in 3 care-experienced young people become homeless within 2 years of leaving care.

Pro Bono Connect awards us Engagement Recognition Award
Pro Bono Connect has given us a bronze engagement recognition award celebrating our barristers' commitment to the Pro Bono Connect scheme and its clients during 2025. Only 3 chambers appeared in the list of winners.
