Nikolas Clarke has been appointed a fee paid judge of the First-tier Tribunal. He will sit in the Health, Education & Social Care Chamber, hearing appeals in the Mental Health jurisdiction.
His practice will continue as usual.
Nikolas is a highly experienced inquests, employment and personal injury barrister. He was called to the Bar in 2000.
Earlier this year he was appointed a Deputy District Judge and then subsequently also a part-time fee-paid employment judge.
