Pupil barrister Madeleine Southey completed her 1st pro bono assignment fulfilling Advocate’s pupil pledge. Madeleine defended a vulnerable man with disabilities in an application for an anti-social behaviour injunction against him because of his refusal to give his landlord access to his home.
