We are delighted that both our pupil barristers, Madeleine Southey and Harrison Engler, have accepted offers of tenancy with us.
They will join us as tenants in September after completing their pupillages.
As well as training in various areas of law, during their second six, Harrison and Madeleine also fulfilled Advocate’s pro bono Pupil Pledge target.
Both were praised by an Advocate caseworker for their willingness to take on pro bono work.
Head of chambers John Critchley announced the news of the new tenants at a get-together for barristers and staff. He congratulated both pupils saying, 'You will be fantastic additions to our set and I am sure have stellar careers ahead of you’.
