A team of our barristers and staff will be taking part in the 10km London Legal Walk on Tuesday 9 June. Alongside more than 15,000 participants, we will be walking to raise funds for free legal services across London and the South East.
The event is organised by the London Legal Support Trust, which supports charities providing free legal advice and representation to people who would otherwise struggle to access justice.
With limited public funding available for many areas of social welfare law, and increasing demand driven by the rising cost of living, the need for free legal advice and representation continues to grow.
Access to justice means ensuring that everyone can obtain legal support, advice and representation, regardless of their financial circumstances.
